Our most recent OFSTED report can be found at the bottom of this page.
Dear Parents and Carers,
Below you will find the school’s Ofsted report.
I am incredibly proud of the strengths highlighted by Ofsted, particularly the significant improvements we have made in reading, writing, maths, and science. The inspectors closely examined our reading programme and noted that "pupils become fluent and confident readers over their time at school."
The report clearly indicates that the inspectors observed the positive culture we foster here at Wembley Primary School—a community dedicated to achieving excellent outcomes for all our pupils. The report notes the high expectations that we have for our pupils and the ‘outstanding’ behaviour across the school.
The only area for development is around children retaining their knowledge in all subject areas. This pertains to a few foundation subjects where sometimes pupils were unable to articulate what they had previously learned.
We will continue to ensure that we sustain our areas of strength and build upon them. We have a very dedicated staff team who are highly committed to driving standards at our school.
I would finally like to thank our families. Ofsted Inspectors were able to clearly see that our leaders, staff and families work in partnership to benefit our children.
Thank you again for all your support.
Kind regards
Mrs Taylor-Kent
Headteacher

Please take the opportunity to read the report and celebrate our successes.
