Welcome Message from our Chair of Governors
Dear Parents,
I am delighted to introduce myself as the new Chair of Governors. I currently work at a Secondary School based in Harrow/Stanmore, which has provided me with valuable insights to support our educational community.
I am proud and excited to support both Lyon Park Primary School and Wembley Primary School, two outstanding institutions that create a nurturing environment for our children. As a board, we are committed to continuously supporting these schools and ensuring that outcomes for all students are consistently improving.
If you see me during any school visits or events, please do come and speak to me. As Chair, I strive to ensure that the objectives of both staff and pupils are met, with a focus on continuous improvement in all areas of the school, while being both aspirational and realistic.
Thank you for your trust, and I look forward to working together to achieve great things for our schools.
Warm regards,
Mr Dharmic Meggi

Our schools are members of the association Governors for Schools.
Governors for Schools finds, places, and supports skilled volunteers as governors and trustees on school and academy boards.
They support schools across England and Wales to run effectively by finding high calibre governors to bring their skills and expertise to the table – and improve education for children.
Governors for Schools is committed to recruiting a diverse board; ensuring effective governance and leading to improved educational outcomes for children.
They recognise the importance of diverse boards so that decisions are made robustly with input from people with a variety of lived experiences – as well as varied skills. It’s also vital that children see people of all backgrounds in board-level positions.
